Questionable Friendships

Dear Carly,

I noticed from your lyrics on The Bedroom Tapes that your illness caused you to question friendships that you thought were based on true feelings. Were you ever able to forgive the people that hurt you? I find a lot of comfort in Scar. Your words mirror experiences I am going through right now.

I have been so very disappointed in some of the friends I have made. I attribute it to MY not paying attention in the first place and to giving away too much too soon.
