As you know, my latest album, This Kind of Love, has been out for about a month now and the response has been so exciting and inspiring. Thank you all so much.

This album has been a particularly emotionally challenging one for me, and I’m convinced that with these challenges comes the even greater opportunity to create something really special…together we can do just that!

I am thrilled to invite you to join me on my brand new “street team”, Riverrunners, and help me to spread the messages of love, and family and life that fill this album.

We are happy to relay that Carlysimon.com has been inundated by requests from fans that we create a "Street Team" so that you have the assets at your disposal to help spread the word about Carly's wonderful new album, This Kind Of Love.

We have thought long and hard about what name to give Carly's support team. Because rivers have run through her songs throughout her entire career, we decided the appropriate name should be "Riverrunners". So without further adieu, we are proud to announce the launch of "Riverrunners", Carly's first fan based street team.

We¹ve posted the song "So Many People To Love" on Facebook, MySpace and iLike so please grab it, post it on your site and send bulletins inviting your friends to join in. The single is in the top 10 and moving up the AC charts and we¹re sure that if you can help us get others to listen, the success will continue.
