INSTALLATION

Note
to AOL users:
|
During
the initial installation of AOL onto your computer, the Graphics settings
were automatically set to "Always Compress Graphics" which distorts
images viewed online or saved to your desktop.
For
the best picture quality available, please be sure that this setting is changed
to "Never Compress Graphics" before installing one of these wallpaper
images.
Depending
on your AOL version, you may find this setting by clicking on:
Settings
Preferences
Internet Settings
Web Graphics
Click on "Never Compress Graphics".

95, 98, NT, ME, XP, 2000

1)
Click on the link that matches your desktop screen area.
2) Wait for the image to completely load.
3) Place your mouse cursor on the loaded image and right-click.
4) From the dropdown menu, select "Set As Wallpaper" or "Set as Background."

3) Place your mouse cursor over the image and Click and Hold it there until
a menu pops up.
4) Hold down mouse and "download image to disk" and save to desktop.
5) Open control panels and select Appearance.
6) Within Appearance, go to "desktop" and "place picture", open image, and
"set desktop" .

1)
Click on the link that matches your desktop screen area.
2) Wait for the image to completely load.
3) Place your mouse cursor over the image and Click and Hold it there until
a menu pops up.
4) Hold down mouse and "download image to disk" and save to desktop.
5) Choose Apple menu > System Preferences and click Desktop & Screen Saver.
6) Click Desktop, and then find file or select the folder of image(s) from
the list on the left -- If the folder you want isn't visible, select "Choose
folder" to navigate to the folder you placed your downloads in.
7) Open the selected folder by clicking on it, then click the picture on
the right that you want to use as your background -- there are also options
to set up and play a "slide show" of all the pictures in the folder.
